Easy Bicycle Assembly

Most bicycles arrive approximately 85%–95% pre-assembled, depending on the model. Customers may only need to complete a few basic installation steps, such as:

Installing and adjusting the handlebars
Attaching the pedals
Installing or adjusting the saddle
Installing the front wheel where required
Fitting reflectors and included accessories
Checking and adjusting tyre pressure
Checking the brakes and gears before riding

Basic installation tools may be included with selected bicycle models.

Installation Guidance

Assembly requirements may vary depending on the bicycle model. Please follow the instructions supplied with your bicycle carefully.

Before your first ride, we recommend checking that the handlebars, wheels, pedals, saddle, brakes, gears, and all important bolts are correctly installed and securely tightened.

If you are unsure about any part of the assembly process, we recommend having the bicycle inspected or assembled by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.
